Forest honey is a mixture of honey dew from species of holm oaks and cork trees. It is obtained in mixed areas of shrub and forest that are located in hills or in coppices in the province mountains. It is harvested at the end of summer. Forest honey is rich in mineral salts. It has a sweet taste with subtle salty and malty notes.

Within 14 days of receiving the item
- Most things we sell are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt and we’ll give you a refund.
- If you don't have your receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase we'll exchange the item or give you a refund with vouchers.

Our delivery procedure is quite simple we send out items straightaway (excluding holidays) our normal delivery to the UK is between 3-5 days.
Next day UK deliveries received before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be sent the same day and will be with you by no later than 1pm the following day.
International deliveries tend to take up to 7-14 days depending on location.
