The Mountain Wild Flower Honey

We use wildflower nectar for our medium strength honey. It's raw, cold extracted and cold filtered, resulting in a more naturally sweet taste. Great to cook with, spreading on toast is also a must. It's not heat treated or blended so you might see some granulation if it gets chilly. Slowly warm the jar back up (in a pan of water on the hob is a good option) to make bring it back to it's runny self again) 100% Raw - 100% Mountain Wild Flower Honey.

The Royal Jelly

Royal Jelly (RJ) is a nutrient rich substance secreted by the hypopharyngeal glands of young worker bees. Owing to the exceptional biological properties, RJ is used in pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries. Several studies vouch that RJ has anti-ageing, antibacterial, anti-fatigue, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antitumor, anti-diabetic and antimutagenic potentials. These activities are mainly attributed to bioactive components it contains.

One of the principal bioactive components is Major Royal Jelly Proteins (MRJPs) which is considered to be a major factor in honey bee queen development.

We send the product frozen and it should be kept refrigerated to make sure the item remains fresh.

The Propolis

Propolis is a fresh, pleasantly strong-smelling, and biologically active product that can retain its healing properties for up to 10 years. It has a distinctive, bitter, and pungent tasting. Its color ranges from yellowish to dark brown, grey, or sometimes even greenish. The older the propolis, the darker the color. Bees collect propolis from sticky buds, shoots of trees (poplars, pines, birches, etc.). It is also well known as bee glue because bees use it as a building material to glue cracks in the hive, to cap honey, and even use it to embalm perishable foreign bodies that cannot be removed from the hive. Due to the same preservative properties, being an air and moisture-tight product, it prevents the spoilage of other bee products like bee bread, pollen, royal jelly, and raw honey.

Our delivery procedure is quite simple we send out items straightaway (excluding holidays) our normal delivery to the UK is between 2-3 days.

Next day UK deliveries received before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be sent the same day and will be with you by no later than 1pm the following day.

International deliveries tend to take up to 7-14 days depending on location.
